If you order before 03.00pm, your order will be shipped same day. If it is after 03.00pm it is next day. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
- Guaranteed Next Day are buying a faster delivery time. Not a faster dispatch time.
- We ship from the United Kingdom and customers who residence outside UK.
- Please ensure your email address is valid and working to receive order confirmations and dispatch notice.

What is your Return Policy?
Digitalall Web Shop Returns Policy
You can return any item to us for any reason and receive a full refund on the price of the item within 7 days of receipt.
Faulty Goods: If the item appears faulty within 28 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement/issue a refund to you. After 28 days, you should refer to our help section for manufacturer¡¯s contact details or as an alternative contact us at supports@digitalall.co.uk as there may be alternative instructions from the manufacturer. After 6 months of receipt of the item we cannot accept faulty goods back, so you will need to contact the manufacturer, please see our help section for more details
Unwanted Goods: Within 7 days these can be returned for a full refund for any reason. After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of GBP 12.50 or 10% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater.
Postage: All returned items must be sent by recorded post with insurance covers, as we are not responsible for un-received goods. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer – there are some exceptions, please email for details.

How do I change or cancel an order? Please email with your order reference number. We will try but we cannot guarantee we will be able to change it before it is despatched.

This is not what I ordered If you have received what you believe to be an incorrect item first refer back to your original email receipt which you received when you purchased the product. If the item listed and the item in your hand are different then indeed something went wrong! Please DO NOT open the packaging of the item. Return the item and the original receipt to us with a note explaining what you did order and we can rectify the situation promptly for you!
Contact Our Sales Team with your Order Reference Number(s) which can be found on dispatched Notice Email.
Your return postage costs will be refunded it was our error that caused the wrong item to be delivered.
