Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "View Basket" or ¡°Secure Checkout¡± on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are a up to 10kg of 7.50 UK Pounds (within UK mainlands) and cannot be refunded.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Gift Wrapping
We are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at present.
