It is updated F/W for HDMI Compatablity of some monitor TV of A317AP_S1001_081224a FW including the below.
We hereby release the F/W updates which has the following major points including New Graphic User interface.
1. "TEXT ENCODING MENU"
You can change the subtitle language without changing OSD language.
2. Setting menu in Photo file playback/
SLIDE SHOW TIMING , TRANSITION EFFECT , BACKGROUND MUSIC
3. Digital Audio Output
SPDIF RAW (for when connecting digital amplifier)
LPCM (for when connecting TV through HDMI)
4. FAVORITES LIST
To enjoy your favorite AV files only.
You can use Volume "+" key for favorite file selection and "-" key for moving
the selected AV files to Favorite Tap.
5. All Tap
All Tap is added in the File Browser together with Movie, Photo, Music Taps
6. Timer REC
Official version of Timer Recording
7. File and Folder List
To change from Icon concept to File and folder list
8. Guide line in subtitle
Adding guide line in subtitle in order to show it more clearly.
This F/W release is including most of requests from the users in many forums or
our support mails. Hope you enjoy it.
It is strongly recommended to format HDD at least one time after upgrading this F/W
for better perfomance. In this case, you should make the back up for all the contents in HDD first to PC or to external storage and copy them again to built in HDD after F/W upgrading because HDD Format will erase all the contents in your HDD.
